| WORKSHOP WAYS |

The Children’s Workshop values and respects the well-being of all children, their families and staff members.

We are proud to feature a positive behavior support model called The Children’s Workshop Ways™ in our schools.

WORKSHOP WAYS  [RULES TO LIVE BY]

The Children’s Workshop Ways™ are based off of our four core values: WE ARE SAFE, WE ARE KIND, WE DO OUR BEST, AND WE PLAY TO LEARN.

They are something we proudly use and implement to ensure the social, emotional, developmental and behavioral success for all children in our schools. We value the extreme importance for all children to gain the social and emotional skills they need in order to be successful life long learners. The Children’s Workshop Ways™ model offers a holistic approach to developing and understanding why children may engage in problem behavior; and then provides strategies for preventing such behavior, both within early childhood centers and at home. We encourage family involvement and support of the Workshop Ways, as they are a huge part of their child’s success.

We maintain a growth mindset, advocate for the highest quality early childhood education and make decisions that balance the best interests of all stakeholders.

We work hard, take chances and go above and beyond to make a difference.

We built our curriculum upon a research-based, best practice - the belief that children learn best through play and the knowledge that everyone thrives when given the opportunity to pursue their passions.

We believe fun, laughter and love are the essentials of being a lifelong learner.
