MEET YOUR SCHOOL DIRECTOR

Hi! My name is Allie, and I am the School Director at The Children’s Workshop Foundation in Pawtucket. I have been with TCWF for over 10 years, beginning my career as a teacher and working my way into a leadership role. That experience has given me a strong appreciation for the classroom and the incredible work our educators do every day.

I have always had a passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development. I hold an Associate’s Degree and am currently working toward my Bachelor’s Degree. I love watching children learn, grow, and gain confidence, and I find joy in helping create an environment where both children and staff can thrive.

As Director, I enjoy supporting and motivating my team, learning alongside them, and sharing new ideas as early childhood education continues to evolve. Outside of work, I love spending time with my son, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying time with family.
