The Children's Workshop will be hosting our 5th annual Comedy for our Communities fundraising event on September 30, 2021 at the Rhode Island Comedy Connection.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

TCW has the capability to serve over 700 students – most of whom come from families who are low income and qualify for a state childcare subsidy. Unfortunately, even with the temporary enhanced rates from the RI Department of Human Services (DHS) during the pandemic, Rhode Island’s subsidized rates do not yet cover the cost of high-quality care. In fact, the cost gap between private pay full-time tuiton and the DHS enhanced rate is staggering. As a non-profit organization, The Children’s Workshop relies on fundraising, grants and generous donations from our communities to cover this gap.
